How to Get the Most from This Journey

For the fullest benefit, I recommend listening in sequence:

  • Part 1 (Awareness): Listen once a day for 7 days.

  • Part 2 (Release): Move on after a week and listen daily for the next 7 days.

  • Part 3 (Return): Complete the journey by listening daily for the final 7 days.

This 21-day rhythm allows your subconscious mind and nervous system to integrate each step before moving to the next.

Feel free to revisit any part as often as you need, sometimes your system will want more.
